As you know, your lease is about to expire. We are sad to see you go! Here are a few things to remember while you get ready to move out:

• Schedule a final walk through date with us. This date can be anytime up to the last day of your lease. You do not need to be here for this, but we do need the keys turned in at this point. If original keys are not returned a charge of $75 will be deducted from your security deposit to cover the cost of replacements.
   
• All personal belongings, furniture, etc both inside and out must be removed prior to the scheduled walk through. All can be put out along with regular trash pick up.
   
• All trash must be removed.
   
• Do NOT have utilities turned off! Schedule the last day of utilities for last day of your lease, even if you all intend on vacating the property prior to that date.
   
• Property must be left in the same condition as it was at the start of your lease except for ordinary wear and tear.
   
• Do not try to touch up paint on walls. It may be a different shade or finish, let us know as we may have extra paint.
   
• Provide or confirm forwarding addresses for the security deposit return.
